SUBSTANCE: whipper unit (100) is intended for usage in the vessel (200) and contains a drive shaft (101) having a distal end (102) that may be connected to the drive element. The drive shaft (101) forms the longitudinal axis (A-A) around which the whipper unit (100) may rotate, driven by the drive. The first element (104) is connected to the drive shaft (101) and contains a lever section (104a) passing from the drive shaft (101). The second element (107) is connected to the drive shaft (101) at a distance from the first element (104). The second element (107) is contains a lever section (107a) passing from the drive shaft (101). There is a whipping element (105) having the first distal end (105a) connected to the lever section (104a) of the first element (104). The whipping element (105) passes between the lever section (104a) of the first element (104) and the lever section (107a) of the second element (107). In the process of usage, the lever section (107a) is close to the vessel bottom (200).
