SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to gas refining and gas chemical complex that includes gas refining sector wherein natural gas is delivered as raw material for raw stock preparation stage 1.1 with receipt of dried gas and acid gas directed respectively to temperature fractioning stage 1.2 and to stage of elementary sulphur production when hydrogen sulphide is unavailable in initial raw material 1.5, to the stage for production of commercial methane fraction (commercial gas) 1.3 methane fraction is delivered from the stage 1.2 with receipt of nitrogen, helium concentrate sent to the stage of commercial helium production 1.6 and methane fraction from the stage of produced total amount of liquefied hydrocarbon gases (LHG) and pentane-hexane fraction 1.4, broad fraction of light hydrocarbons is delivered from the stage 1.2 with receipt of propane, butane, isobutane and pentane-hexane fraction, industrial and automobile propane-butane, sector on liquefaction of natural gases, which consists of the stage of methane fraction (commercial gas) liquefaction 1.12 combined with flow of methane fraction from the stage 1.3 and the stage of ethane fraction liquefaction 1.13 combined with flow of ethane fraction from the stage 1.2 with production of commercial gas, gas chemical sector wherein ethylene as raw material for the stage of ethylene production 1.7 is delivered from the stage 1.2, ethane fraction with production of ethylene and hydrogen for the stage of polypropylene production 1.8 is delivered from the stage 1.4, propane fraction for the stage of production of synthetic gas, methanol and higher alcohols, ammonia 1.10 are delivered from the stages 1.12, 1.1 and 1.7-1.8 respectively, commercial gas, acid gas and hydrogen with production of methanol and ammonia from the stage of polymer and copolymer production 1.9 is delivered from stages 1.8 and 1.7 respectively, propylene and ethylene partially with receipt of polyethylene, copolymer and polypropylene for the stage of ethylene glycols production 1.11 is delivered for the stage 1.7, remaining part of ethylene with production of mono-, di-, thriethylene glycols, sector of condensate pretreatment wherein as raw material for the stage of condensate stabilisation 1.14 unstable gas condensate is delivered, for the stage of motor fuels production 1.15 stable gas condensate is delivered, pentane-hexane fraction and hydrogen respectively from the stages 1.14, 1.4 and 1.7-1.8 are delivered with production of high-octane petrol, kerosene and diesel fractions, at that limit hydrocarbon gases discharged from the stage 1.15 and stabilising gas from the stage 1.14 are directed to the stage 1.1, considering the fact that movement of process flows between adjacent sectors is ensured by additional pump stations.
EFFECT: complex allows highly effective refining of natural hydrocarbon gases of one or several deposits with production of maximally versatile assortment of final products.
