FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the gas chemical complex that provides processing of natural hydrocarbon gases of various deposits and can be used in the gas industry under the conditions of its intensive development. Gas chemical complex includes the gas processing plant, the gas chemical plant, the fertilizer plant, and the gas transportation network that unites the plants with each other. At the gas processing plant, the natural hydrocarbon gas with the ethane content of more than 3–4 wt% is subsequently purified from impurities and fractionated into methane, ethane and into the wide fraction of light hydrocarbons. Methane is sent as the commodity fuel gas to the consumers and/or to the plant for liquefying natural gas. Ethane is sent to the pyrolysis units of the ethane gas-chemical plant in order to produce ethylene and carry out its polymerization into polyethylene. Wide fraction of light hydrocarbons is divided into propane, which is fed to the propane dehydrogenation plants of the gas chemical plant in order to produce propylene and carry out its polymerization into polypropylene, commercial butane and hydrocarbons C5 and higher in the form of condensate.
EFFECT: invention allows to highly efficiently process natural hydrocarbon gases from one or more fields with the production of the widest possible range of final products.
