FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying unit with spraying nozzle and can be used in various industrial processes. Spraying unit with spraying nozzle incorporates mixing chamber and at least flow-through channels extending into discharge of mixing chamber. Every flow-through channel is communicated with fluid line. At least one of said flow-though channels is a self-cleaning design and/or incorporates cleaners of one of said flow-through channels. At least one fluid feed lines feeds fluid to mixing chamber. At least one fluid feed lines feeds compressed gas to mixing chamber. Besides, spraying unit comprises vessel with flushing fluid. Flushing fluid feed line extends from the vessel via valve to compressed gas feed line. Flushing fluid feed line extends from the vessel via valve to compressed gas feed line. Said spraying unit can run two spraying processes.
EFFECT: longer life of spraying nozzles without routine inspections owing to reliable removal of sediments.
