SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering. The car inside compartment element has the case with the electrical and/or electronic functional element. Said case is arranged inside the vehicle on its windshield inner surface or there behind in the area wherefrom airflow is forced from air discharge opening toward the windshield inner surface at separate sections. Said case features the outer contour aerodynamically optimised with respect to airflow directed toward the windshield inner side. Outer outline cross-section area receiving the airflow portion flowing along the windshield or, in fact, parallel therewith, is larger than that in the airflow area.
EFFECT: ruled out freezing of windshield.
