FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: quick-assembled washer contains at least washing frame with injectors, that is made in form of rectangular, and contains nuts and connecting elbows, disassembled pipeline with injectors, located along the entire frame perimeter, input supply assembly with adapter nut and flexible hose with injector at one end, hydraulically connected by another end with the pipeline. Each injector is made as hollow casing with nozzle and central core. Casing is made with channel for liquid supply and contains coaxial rigidly connected with is sleeve with nozzle secured in its bottom part, nozzle is made in form of cylindrical two-step sleeve, top cylindrical step is connected by means of the thread joint with central cylindrical core having part-through internal central hole and installed with ring clearance relatively to the internal surface of the cylindrical sleeve. Ring clearance is communicated with three radial channels made in said two-step sleeve to communicate with circular cavity formed by sleeve inner surface and top cylindrical step outer surface. The ring cavity is connected with casing channel for liquid supply. In bottom part of the central cylindrical core a partition with hole is made, on it a hollow cone swirler is installed, its cone shell is fixed on the ring collar created in the partition with hole, and on the internal surface of the hollow cone swirler a screw thread is made.
EFFECT: increased capacity by means of the equipment disinfection under field conditions, and increased efficiency due use of fine liquid spraying, as well as possibility of treatment in the difficult to access places.
