SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique of cleaning gas from dust and can be used in various industries in pneumatic transport, air cleaning, aspiration. Vortex dust collector comprises a body, an axial inlet of a dusty gas with a swirler and an ejection head, a fairing and a baffle plate, and located in the upper part of the body of the axial branch pipe for the withdrawal of purified gas and peripheral input of the secondary flow with a swirler, the body is cylindrical, and the conical, wherein, ejection nozzle forms, with the input wall, an annular channel formed by the conical surfaces of the axial insertion and the ejection nozzle, respectively, wherein, cutting plane of the ejection nozzle is located above the plane of the cut of the conical baffle plate, in the lower nozzle of the axial injection of a dusty gas with a swirler, fairing and a baffle plate, as well as in the upper branch pipe of the peripheral input of the secondary flow with the swirler, acoustic nozzles for supplying the reflux liquid are installed, each of which comprises a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core, housing is made with fluid supply channel and contains coaxial, rigidly coupled with it bushing with nozzle secured at its lower part, made in form of cylindrical two-stage bushing, which upper cylindrical stage is connected coaxial with it central cylindrical core by means of threaded connection, having a central hole and installed with annular gap relative to cylindrical bushing inner surface, wherein the annular gap is connected to at least three radial channels formed in a two-stage bushing connecting it to the annular cavity, formed by the inner surface of the sleeve and the outer surface of the upper cylindrical stage, the annular cavity being connected to the channel of the housing for supplying liquid to the central core, in its lower part, a diffuser is rigidly attached, made in the form of a truncated cone coaxial with the central hole of the core and attached by its upper base to the base of the cylinder of the central core, and a cutter is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spokes, which is made in the form of an end circular plate whose edges are bent toward the annular gap, and on the outer lateral surface of the truncated cone there are screw grooves, and in the divider, which is attached to the lower base of the truncated cone by means of at least three spokes and is made in the form of an end plate, edges of which are bent toward the annular gap, axially symmetric to the central hole of the central core, a throttle opening is formed, and external solid diffuser is coaxially attached to the central core rigidly connected to the upper cylindrical stage of the two-stage nozzle sleeve, so that the exit section of the annular gap connected to at least three radial channels made in the two-stage nozzle sleeve is not overlapped.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of dust collection.
