SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering. In the method of operation of a thermal power plant, in which the spent steam arrives from the first steam turbine into the steam space of the condenser, is condensed on the surface of condenser tubes, inside of which the cooling fluid flows, the condensate with the help of the condensate pump of the steam turbine condenser is sent into the regeneration system, and steam of heating parameters from steam turbine bleeds arrives into the steam space of the lower and upper heaters, is condensed on the surface of heated tubes of the heaters, inside which the cooling liquid flows, at the same time during condensation of spent steam and steam of heating bleeds they accordingly execute recovery of the waste low-potential thermal energy of the steam spent in the first turbine, and recovery of low-potential heat of steam of heating bleeds from the steam turbine with the help of the cooling liquid, besides, in the steam turbine they use a system of oil supply to steam turbine bearings with an oil cooler, in the thermal power plant they use a condensation plant, having the condenser of the second steam turbine, and a system of oil supply to its bearings with an oil cooler, additionally they perform recovery of high-potential heat of steam, recovery of low-potential heat of a system of oil supply to bearings of the first steam turbine, and recovery of low-potential heat of the oil supply system of the second steam turbine, at the same time all specified recoveries are carried out with the help of a heat engine with a closed circulation circuit, operating according to the organic Rankine cycle, in which they use low-boiling fluid as cooling fluid, circulating in the closed circuit.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to recycle heat and additionally generate power.
