SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used for recovery of heat of heat power plants (HPP). The supply of heating performance steam from the steam turbine extractions into the steam space of the top and lower system heaters, supply of system water from consumers along the return system water pipeline into the heat exchanger cooler of system water and into the lower, and upper system heaters, supply of system water into the system water supply pipeline, pumping of the spent steam from the steam turbine into steam space of the condenser where steam is condensed on the surface of condenser tubes are performed. Condensate by means of the condensate pump of the steam turbine condenser is pumped to the regeneration system. In addition the oil supply system for the steam turbine bearings is used which consists of a cooler, a tank and a pump, and a condensation unit consisting of a steam turbine condenser with the production steam withdrawal and an oil supply system with oil cooler for its bearings. The utilisation of low-grade heat of the oil supply system of the steam turbine bearings, utilisation of low-grade heat of oil supply system of the steam turbine bearings with production steam withdrawal, utilisation of excess low-grade heat of the return network water using the heat engine with the closed circulation circuit, operating according operating according to Rankine organic cycle, are performed. In Rankine cycle the cooling liquid is the low-boiling working body circulating in the closed circuit. The low-boiling working body is compressed in the condensate pump of the heat engine, heated in the recuperative heat exchanger of the heat engine, heated in the steam turbine condenser, heated in the oil cooler, heated in the heat exchanger cooler of network water, heated and evaporated in the steam turbine condenser with production steam withdrawal, expanded in the turbine expander of the heat engine, its temperature is decreased in the recuperative heat exchanger of the heat engine and condensed in the condensing heat exchanger of the heat engine. In special cases of the invention implementation the heat exchanger condenser of the heat engine is an air cooling condenser or a water cooling condenser, or an air and water cooling condenser. The low-boiling working body is the liquefied propane C3H8.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of thermal power plant due to additional electric power generation.
