FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: machine contains a box type bedplate with sections filled with polymer concrete, vertical rack installed on the bedplate guides, spindle head with possibility of movement on guides of the vertical rack, rotary table with blank lock and motor drive. The vertical rack is made with sections filled with polymer concrete. On the bedplate guides against the rotary table the additional vertical rack with sections filled with polymer concrete is installed. The additional vertical rack has guides, on which the first turret tooling system is installed, it has the first clamp made to feed the blank from the loading module to the blank lock. The second turret tooling system is located against the spindle head having the second clamp, made to feed the blank to the second turret tooling system and to the unloading module. The bedplate sections, the vertical rack sections, and additional vertical rack sections have dimensions for their filling with the polymer concrete with maximum weight 60% of the bedplate weight, of vertical rack weight, and of additional vertical rack weight.
