FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smoking product, a device for such smoking product manufacture and to equipment for manufacture of wrapping paper used in such smoking product. The smoking product includes a smoking product core and a tubular holder wherein the core is inserted so that to enable sliding between the drawn-in position and the drawn-out operational position, the tubular holder shaped of a sheet material blank, spirally wound-on. During implementation of the method for manufacture of the smoking product including a smoking product core and a tubular holder wherein the core is inserted so that to enable sliding the sheet material blank is wound on spirally for the tubular holder formation for the core to be capable of sliding in the holder between the drawn-in position and the drawn-out operational position.

EFFECT: minimum manifestation of the trend of the tubular holder diameter lengthwise variation as well as ensuring additional strength of the tubular holder.
