The system has at least one power cylinder with piston separating the first cavity of the cylinder and its second cavity, at that the first cavity of the power cylinder by the work line is connected with the hydraulic distribution system to control the power cylinder of one-way action, having lifting module for the work line connection with the supply line, and lowering module to connect the work line with the drain line, and to the second cavity of the power cylinder the discharge line is connected, it is connected with the supply line and drain line via the valve distribution system, it has supply valve to connect the discharge line with the supply line and drain valve to connect the discharge line with the drain line, at that between the discharge line and drain line the pressure limiting valve is installed, and the supply valve is connected with the supply line by the work valve with provided throttle.
