FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for maintenance of working fluid purity in hydraulic systems with closed (dead-end) circuit of stationary and mobile machines, in particular, construction machines (excavators, tractors, etc.), mining machines, military machines. To solve the set task, a device is proposed, which contains a tank with liquid, a pump, a hydraulic distributor, a filter, supply and discharge pipelines. Device additionally comprises three shut-off valves, one of which is installed in the supply pipeline between the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic control valve, the second one in the discharge pipeline between the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic control valve, and the third valve is installed between the supply and discharge pipelines in the gap between the two first valves and the hydraulic control valve.
EFFECT: simplifying the device, maintaining the optimum level of purity of the working fluid in hydraulic systems, including dead-end circuits of the hydraulic system, having a hydraulic cylinder, and during operation of machines at low ambient temperatures providing accelerated heating of hydraulic system due to supply of heated in tank hydraulic fluid.
