FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: oil-producing complex includes at least one producing well and one injecting well equipped with units of telemetry systems for adjusting and metering flows of produced and injected fluids with adjustable valves and sensors of control and measurement instruments (CMI), crosshole pumping station (CPS). CMI adjustable valves and sensors are placed in separate channels interconnecting flow strings independently with formations of producing and injecting wells so that control commands and data on process parameters of fluid and injected water-gas mixture may be transmitted from CMI sensors through communication cables at the control panel of the respective wells to the control station of the oil-producing complex interconnected by power supply cables with electric drives of deep well pumps at the producing wells. CPS comprises automated measuring group unit (AMGU) of the producing wells, distribution manifold (DM) of the injecting wells, screw knockout drum, gravity separator and three-phase knockout drum, the latter is connected by its input via pipeline to AMGU and via pipelines to flow strings of the producing wells equipped with gas-liquid ejector with bypass interconnected with tubular annulus and via oil discharge to the screw knockout drum and via water discharge to the separators, gas-liquid ejector coupled to flow strings of the producing wells through DM by pipelines with stop valves and fittings and return valve built-in into the pipeline, booster pumps with bypass interconnected to flow strings of the producing wells, power volumetric pump with variable-frequency drive, a vessel with surfactant interconnected to receiving chamber of the gas-liquid ejector. Oil discharges of gravity separator and screw knockout drum are connected to oil collector. Water discharge of the gravity separator is connected to water tank equipped with power pump. Gas discharges of the three-phase gravity separator and screw knockout drum are connected by gas pipelines to gas storage unit, and the latter is coupled to the gas-liquid ejector and chemisorptive gas scrubber with gas-compressor unit for production and domestic needs.

EFFECT: improved oil yield and oil production rate from formations of oil deposits.
