SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining, in particular, to oil production and can be used for oil production from oil-bearing formations of the well. In order to implement the method of multi-well well operation, liquids from different formations are selectively extracted, directed through separate channels with valves in working position from ground control station (CS). Fluid is mixed and pumped through the flow column to the surface with an electrically driven centrifugal pump (ECP) with varying the rpm of the frequency-controlled submersible electric drive (SED). Valve positions are measured to measure flow parameters on mixed formation fluid samples at flow column outlet. Liquid is subjected to static and dynamic analysis for compliance with the specified process parameters: flow rate, pressure, temperature and water flooding. If the values are deviated, the liquids are alternately inspected on the samples of each formation. In the presence of liquids outside the preset parameters, the flows are controlled by varying the valve shutoff value and the rotation speed SED, and with the highest rotation frequency of one of them is adjusted by increasing rotation speed SED to dynamic level of liquid above ECP reception under control of pressure sensor of SED telemetry unit as part of telemechanical control system ECP. Oil producing plant includes flow column, ECP with telemetry unit, connected by power cable with CS, unit for regulating flows and accounting for extracted liquid with controlled electric drive valves in separate channels of unit and sensors of control of parameters of liquid, a support packer connected to the unit by a multichannel detachable connection, a body packer with a shank, a wellhead combined oil-containing liquid analyzer, comprising a sampling device, separation tank with level sensors configured to visually determine the quantitative composition of phases, and a measuring chamber with temperature and pressure sensors and a resistivity meter, connected by an input line to an outlet from the flow column on the surface, and the output chamber is connected to a common header, connected by a bypass and equipped with shutoff electric valves.
EFFECT: raised flow rate and well fluid quality.
