FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: according to version 1 the conditioning station consists of at least single-stage compressor, methanation unit, drying unit and, eventually, gas purifying unit. When the station is operated associated petroleum gas purified from condensed moisture and mechanical impurities is mixed up with recycle gas, compressed and delivered to the methanation unit, whereat in presence of water and water condensate it is subjected to mild catalytic steam reforming. The obtained catalyzate is dried with obtainment of dry stripped gas, water steam condensate and recycle gas. According to the version 2 the station includes additionally a device for cooling and refluxing of liquid hydrocarbons released during gas compression and unit for purification from heavy hydrocarbons. When the station is operated associated petroleum gas purified from condensed moisture and mechanical impurities is mixed up with recycle gas containing vapours of heavy hydrocarbons, compressed and subjected to cooling and refluxing with obtainment of stabilised condensate, purified from heavy hydrocarbons with production of gas, and at the methanation unit in presence of water and water condensate subjected to mild catalytic steam reforming. The obtained catalyzate is dried with obtainment of dry stripped gas, water steam condensate and recycle gas. When required catalyzate is purified additionally and the obtained concentrate is used for auxiliaries.
EFFECT: simplified design of the station, reduced specific amount of metal per unit and reduced power consumption, decreased quantity of commercial products.
