SUBSTANCE: according to version 1 the conditioning station includes a compressor, hydrogen-sulphide treatment unit, methanation unit, drying unit. During operation of the station associated oil gas is mixed up with recycle gas, compressed, treated from hydrogen sulphide with obtainment of acid gas or sulphur and delivered to methanation unit, where in presence of water and water condensate it is subject to mild catalytic steam reforming. The obtained catalyzate is dried with obtainment of dry stripped gas, water steam condensate and recycle gas. According to the version 2 the station includes a compressor with a unit for cooling and refluxing of http://www.mul, a unit for treatment from hydrogen sulphide and mercapthanes, a unit for treatment from heavy hydrocarbons and mercapthanes, methanation unit and drying unit. During operation of the station associated oil gas is mixed up with recycle gas and gas containing vapours of heavy hydrocarbons and mercapthanes, compressed, subjected to cooling and refluxing at that outputting stabilised hydrocarbon condensate, treated from heavy hydrocarbons and mercapthanes and delivered to methanation unit, where in presence of water and water condensate it is subject to mild catalytic steam reforming. The obtained catalyzate is dried with obtainment of dry stripped gas, water steam condensate and recycle gas. When required catalyzate is purified additionally and the obtained concentrate is used for auxiliaries.
EFFECT: simplified design of the installation, reduced specific amount of metal per unit and energy costs.
