FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: flow meter (1) comprises an external body (2, 4), limiting a measuring chamber (10) and having an external end surface (20); a generator (3, 36) for generation of a signal at the external end surface with information about a flow passing via the measuring chamber; and also a connection facility (28) to fix the external body on the printed circuit board (50), which passes above the external body and reaches beyond its limits, and comprises a sensor (51), located at the external end surface and made as capable of registering the signal generated by the generator after fixation. The connection facility is made as capable of connection to a printed circuit board, besides, the connection between the printed circuit board and the body is separated from the body.
EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and assembly of a flow meter, since there is no need to install cables between a printed circuit board and a flow meter.
