SUBSTANCE: method of manufacture of the beverage preparation device involves preparation of a group of components a) - f), containing: a) a brewing unit (500) for receiving a beverage ingredient and directing the incoming liquid flow through the ingredient towards the beverage output hole; b) an integrated heater for heating the flow of liquid supplied to the brewing unit; c) a pump for pumping liquid through the integrated heater; d) one or several hydraulic connective elements for directing liquid from the source such as a liquid reservoir to the beverage outlet hole; e) an electronic control unit for receiving users' instructions via the interface and for controlling the integrated heater and the pump; f) one or several electric sensors for measuring at least one operational characteristic and transmitting data ion the said characteristic(s) to the control unit. Then one performs connection of components a) - f) for the beverage preparation device assembly. Connection of the elements a) - f) includes a stage whereat one preliminarily assembles at least two or three units each of them assembled (in fully automatic mode) from at least two elements taken from the group a) - f); the design of the elements of the units preliminarily assembled in fully automatic mode ensures their automatic seizure, orientation, positioning and complete connection to each other within one ore more automatic assembly stages.

EFFECT: increase of the device assembly process automation level due to simplification of integration of part of the component group elements and preliminary assembly of such elements in automatic mode.
