The herbicidal composition in another embodiment comprises 2-methoxy-3,6-dichlorobenzoic acid, trialkylamine containing in alkyl radicals from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, optionally solvent, C7-C9 ether of 2-methoxy-3,6-dichlorobenzoic acid and surfactant of nonionic type.

EFFECT: increase in the concentration of active ingredient of the composition, increase in the biological activity of the composition, providing the particle size of the dispersed phase of the working fluid in the nanometre range.
