SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to device for power delivery in selectable mode and method of the above device manufacturing. The device for power delivery in selectable mode comprises switch-selectable power amplifier for amplifying a signal transmitted by an outer signal source and for delivering load voltage and or current to the load and control unit to control switching of the above power amplifier based on time setting, at that the above control unit is designed to model state of selectable power amplifier by forecasting the average load voltage and/or current at least for two time settings, and in particular, for multitude of time settings for the required load voltage and/or current based on state data describing current state of the selectable power amplifier.
EFFECT: compensation of nonlinearities stipulated by delay time and voltage drops in the switch-selectable power amplifier.
