SUBSTANCE: proposed Smart-inverter for maintenance of standard of quality of electric energy contains unit for obtaining current electric parameters of network, a unit for setting electrical parameters of the network, a unit for controlling power flows, a unit for remote monitoring and control of operation of the Smart-inverter, a unit for controlling the power section. Power flow control unit is configured to switch between power supply modes to the network and the power accumulation mode and includes a function for predicting the operating mode. Intelligently automated system for controlling electric grids includes a smart inverter, a measuring transducer, an electric power accumulation unit, a unit for remote monitoring and setting of settings.
EFFECT: maintenance of quality standard of electric energy in distribution power supply systems of 0.4 kV, improving reliability of electric energy in distribution systems of electric power supply of 0.4 kV, improvement of quality of electric energy in distribution networks of consumer of 0.4 kV.
