SUBSTANCE: public computer, which is a multiprocessor computer configured for simultaneous connection of multiple remote information input and output devices, is assembled from one or more standard hardware blocks, each consisting of, mounted on one motherboard, an internal interaction and control module, a parallel data processing module, one or more external interaction and control modules, where the internal interaction and control module includes an array of interconnected processor nodes and a chipset; each external interaction and control module includes one processor node or array of interconnected processor nodes and a chipset; the parallel data processing module includes an array of interconnected processor nodes, which is integrated into the array of processor nodes of the internal interaction and control module.

EFFECT: enabling simultaneous reception multiple tasks or instructions and simultaneous loading of multiple data from multiple users without setting up a network.
