SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering. Claimed passenger chair comprises the carcass (1), backrest (2) and seat (3). Said carcass comprises feet (10) to be secured to the aircraft floor and fittings (12). Said seat and backrest are rigidly secured at the carcass (1) fittings (12). Stiff carcass (1) features a tubular structure and is composed of plastic material. Said carcass is composed by several tubes (20-24) interconnected by connectors (30, 32, 34, 35) composed of rigid sleeves covering the ends of secured tubes.
EFFECT: simplified chair design, decreased weight and volume.
