FIELD: equipment of flying vehicle cabins. SUBSTANCE: proposed passenger place includes frame with seat and arm-rests mounted on it. Back is secured on said frame by means of articulation and is provided with unit for smooth control of its position. Said unit includes cylinder with spring-loaded piston having hollow rod. Frame is mounted on two-coordinate mechanism ensuring motion in horizontal plane. This mechanism is connected with turning mechanism which is provided in its turn with units for mounting seat in required position in cabin, that is strut made integral with its lower fixed base and mounting plate 11 on lower end of strut.
