FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: polyurethane matrix of cellular structure is impregnated with ceramic slurry, containing an inert filler - electrically melted corundum, disperse powder of aluminium oxide or high-silica porcelain and solution of polyvinyl alcohol. Drying, annealing is carried out, and water suspension is applied, which contains 40-50 wt % of solid phase with the following composition: zeolite NaX- 70-80 wt %, kaolin- 30-20 wt %. After application of each layer of active composition the material is dried at 80÷90°C for 28 hours, and after application of the last layer - thermal treatment at 550÷650°C for at least 3 hours.

EFFECT: increased specific surface of active layer.
