SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of technical materials against fungi. Composition for protection of wood, wood materials or combined materials from wood and plastic against affection and destruction by microorganisms contains: a) penfluen and its salts or products of acid binding and b) at least one compound, selected from the group, including o-phenylphenol and its salts with alkali and alkali earth metals, boron compounds, compounds of formula (II):((R1R2R3R4)N)nX in which R1 or R2 can be similar or different and independently on each other stand for alkyl with 1-6 carbon atoms, and R3 or R4 can be similar or different and independently on each other be selected from the group, including alkyl with 6-22 carbon atoms, aryl with 6-24 carbon atoms, cycloalkyl with 5-20 carbon atoms or residues of formula (IV); -[CH2-CH2-O]-CH2-CH2-OH in which z stands for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 and X stands for n-multiply charged anion, n stands for any integer number above zero, isothiazolinone, 3-iodo-2-propinyl-N-butylcarbamate, and compounds of formula (III): 
in which R5 stands for alkyl with 8-18 carbon atoms, alkenyl with 8-18 carbon atoms or cycloalkyl with 5-20 carbon atoms, and m and n can be similar or different and stand for number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase control efficiency.
