FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: marine ice-resistant platform comprises a superstructure connected to a support base by means of support pillars, on which along the platform perimeter in the area of ice load impact there is a closed anti-icing barrier mounted, which covers support pillars along their outer circuit, in the form of an inclined fin. In the upper part of the fin there is an additional ice-protection inclined belt, which is aligned oppositely to the inclined ice fin and is arranged at the angle of 8…10°. The ratio of additional inclined belt height to inclined fin height is at least 0.08. The closed ice barrier comprises a barrier wall with a set of stiffening ribs and a device for heat transfer and circulation of coolant, made in the form of channels arranged in the space between specified stiffening ribs and formed by at least two tight cavities, one of which is designed for coolant circulation, and the other one - for air circulation. The cavity for air circulation adjoins the inner surface of the ice barrier wall. The cavity of the air insulation is formed by an adjacent partition between both cavities and a cover installed on shelves of stiffening ribs of the specified ice barrier. In the coolant circulation cavity there are heat release elements installed as longitudinal to the flow and rigidly fixed to the barrier wall. The inclined fin of the closed anti-icing barrier has a vertical zigzag-shaped profile. The additional inclined belt is smoothly coupled with the inclined fin made with the vertical zigzag profile, and in its upper part the additional belt is made in the form of a hemisphere, edges of which are bent downwards and aimed oppositely to the inclined fin with the vertical zigzag-shaped profile. Sharp faces of the inclined fin with the vertical zigzag-shaped profile provide for ordered motion and wedging of ice approaching the platform and help to break it. Use of the inclined fin with the vertical zigzag-shaped profile increases its strength and stiffness, and accordingly reliability of anti-icing barrier.
EFFECT: increased strength, stiffness, reliability and efficiency of operation and safety of a marine stationary platform under ice conditions.
