FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device of anti-ice protection for a hydraulic engineering structure arranged on a shallow continental shelf includes protection elements and fixing elements that connect protection elements with a water area bottom. Protective elements are made in the form of submersible multisurface pontoons with the capability of their filling by ballasting material, one face of which is made with an inclined section and is equipped with a deflector in the upper part, and other at least two vertical faces, along which pontoons are joined to each other. Pontoons form a closed structure in the form of a polygon in plan with two front walls, forming an ice-cutting wedge in its central axis, with two side walls and a rear wall with the possibility of its opening. Each pontoon is installed by a face with an inclined section and a deflector outside, forming a closed extended deflector and an inclined surface that surround the entire structure along the external perimeter. Two front walls are made at least from two pontoons in the form of symmetrical polygons extended in longitudinal direction, at least with four side faces. Side and rear walls are made from pontoons in the form of polygons at least with three side faces. The side wall is joined tightly by its side surfaces with vertical surfaces of front and rear walls. Fixing elements are made in the form of hollow piles and are installed along the entire height of pontoons of front and side walls into appropriate through holes. Metal nets of Rabitz type are fixed on pontoons, and are divided into sections by means of insulation tubes, inside of which there is a metal rod, besides, each metal rod and adjacent section of the metal section form an element generating water circulation made in the form of a pair of electrodes - cathode and anode. The cathode is made in the form of a metal rod, which is placed inside the insulation tube, along its entire length, coaxially with some distance from the inner surface of the body, and the anode is made in the form of a metal net section. The anode is made from water-insoluble electroconductive material, pairs of electrodes are connected by electric links to a source of DC, and electric connection of the anode is placed inside the insulation tube.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of protection of a hydraulic engineering structure against ice.
