FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust precipitation equipment. proposed air cleaner comprises fed air humidifier, compressor, compressed air humidifier, heater, different-temperature condensation chamber with gas stage, mainly, of rectangular cross-section, all being connected in series. Condensation chamber features length-to-height is larger than 20. Note here that condensation chamber duct sidewalls are composed of several articulated parts to revolve both inside and outside said duct. Duct cross-section is defined by the position of moving parts. Rib is fitted at the chamber centre to divide it into two parts. Note here that said rib can communicate the parts of said chamber. Note also that said rib is fitted along chamber lengthwise axis, mainly, parallel therewith and with shift to stage hot sidewall for x = (0.1.0-0.3)X, where x is rib shift to hot sidewall, X is channel width. Gaps are arranged between said rib and bottom in compliance with one version. Note here that every gap makes δ = (0.1-0.3)h, where δ is gap between upper/lower bottoms and rib, h is duct height between said upper and lower bottoms. Rib has through channels to communicate aforesaid cavities of the chamber. Note here total area of channels makes s = (0.25…0.4)S, where s is total area of through channels, S is area of the channel cross-section area at rib location. Rib dividing the chamber cavity into two parts is shaped and have cross-section composed of alternating ledges and recesses. Duct inlet wall is movable while cold wall is composed of follow body with working medium feed and discharge unions. Hot wall is composed by hollow body with working fluid feed and discharge unions. Hot wall is made up of the plate with electric heater arranged at its surface.
EFFECT: more complete removal of condensate and mechanical impurities.
