FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic machine building in relation to the renewable energy sources, and can be used in systems and plants for water supply, irrigation, drying, head increasing in at micro and mini hydroelectric stations, water accumulation in shipping locks. In the horizontal hydraulic pulser in main blades of the impeller creating the centripetal drainage and pressure channels the cavities are made, they are connected with these channels. In top position of some blades via the holes in cavities made in these blades the pumped fluid flows out, and upon further impeller rotation to the bottom position of these blades the gravity force of the fluid filling the cavities increases the torque on the impeller thus increasing power of the hydraulic pulser. Upon further impeller rotation the fluid via the same holes flows out the cavities making easier the blades rotation during their lifting.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency and operation reliability.
