SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry. The unit structural frame consists of crossbars (18) with cross-arms (19). The transfer unit structural frame consists of crossbars (15) with cross-arms (16). The first wildfire (6) is arranged at swing bracket with the help of hydraulic cylinder (8). Stem locking device (20) consists of U-like props including vertical props (21) with crosswise crossbar (22). U-like props are connected from above by lengthwise crossbars (23). Hydraulic cylinder rods (26) are arranged at the angle downward and articulated with gripping levers (28) by joint (27). Guide roller (31) is arranged at gripping levers and at triangular plate (32) to displace in the groove of U-like channel (33). Chain saws of cutters (34) are provided with turn cylinders (37).
