FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: circular antenna comprises not less than four dipoles of log-periodic dipole antennae placed in the faces of an arbitrary truncated pyramid and fed from power dividers, wherein the dipoles of log-periodic dipole antennae, without coming out of the previous horizontal plane, are bent in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the log-periodic antenna so as to lie on circles inscribed in a polygon of horizontal cross-sections of the arbitrary pyramid.
EFFECT: providing a device which significantly reduces geometrical dimensions of circular antennae, broader capabilities for practical use thereof on mobile objects for different, primarily aerial, basing.
