SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and consists in clathrate complexes of arabinogalactan or arabic gum with 20-hydroxyecdysone. The complexes possesses antidiabetic activity and hypolipidemic action. The invention also refers to a liquid-phase and solid-phase method for producing the clathrate complexes, to a pharmaceutical composition and a based medicinal product.

EFFECT: presented clathrate complexes enables increasing water solubility of medicinal products, improving bioavailability, reducing dosages of the medicinal products and toxicity of 20-hydroxyecdysone.
