FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: preliminary plane of surface is oriented horizontally. The part is heated. In the cleaned hole the device is installed, it is made in form of hollow flexible element with latches installed along length. Free ends of cross-arms of the latches contact with the hole walls. In the part material vibration is generated, and through the cavity of the flexible element the cavity of the cleaned hole under pressure is filled with melt of easy-deformed thermoplastic material until overflow of the melt surplus on the flat surface of the hole. Holding till complete melt solidification is ensured. The solidified mass through the part material is heated till melt starting, and by ball head of the top end of the flexible element the conglomerate is removed from the hole. End face of the bottom end of the flexible element is in contact with the hole bottom, and has slots of triangle shape located along the circle. Group of latches of the flexible element located in same plane is rotated relatively the adjacent group by 45°, wherein the latches have mixers in form of ball.
EFFECT: increased quality of cleaning of the dead holes.
