FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: claimed dispersant comprises the closed chamber made of ozone-proof metal with partially perforated surface, devices 3-5 to intake the ozone-air mix and to secure it to the reaction vessel with processed water. Said closed chamber is composed of the round-cross-section tube 1 with perforations 2 made in two lengthwise bands of its side surface located between the plane extending through the tube lengthwise axis parallel with the thrust plane 7 of device 6 for dispersant attachment to reaction vessel bottom and sand thrust plane abutting on horizontal; bottom of reaction vessel. Or it is composed of the tube with cross-section shaped to equilateral triangle with its vertex directed to the thrust plane so that two identical side faces of the tube are inclined to the thrust plane at the angle of 70-80 degrees. Aforesaid perforations are perpendicular to the tangent to the tube outer surface at its outlet and inclined to the thrust plane at the angle of 10-45 degrees. Said perforations are located over the entire working length of the tube, on its two side faces while axes of perforations are perpendicular to the planes of faces. Perforations on the round-section tube cylindrical surface and the triangular-section tube side face flat surface are located in lengthwise lines at uniform spacing while in two adjacent lines they are arranged with the shift mm, where s is the spacing between axes of perforations in a line, mm; k is the number of lines in the perforation.
EFFECT: ruled out decrease in the dispersant capacity.
