FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for prediction of an ulcer cicatrisation rate in the patients with uncomplicated gastric ulcer; the method involves deriving a relation of a production of body weight percentage, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and monocyte percentage to lymphocyte percentage determined by clinical blood analysis and calculates a cicatrisation coefficient by formula: wherein % BFW is a body fat weight percentage determined by measuring fat folds in 4 body points by calipometry according to Durnin - Womersley method (1974); ESR, mm/h; % monocytes; % lymphocytes are indices determined by clinical blood analysis; if the cicatrisation coefficient ≥8, the ulcer cicatrisation rate is ≥0.044 cm2/day; if the cicatrisation coefficient <8, the ulcer cicatrisation rate is <0.044 cm2/day.
EFFECT: more accurate prediction of the clinical course.
