SUBSTANCE: article of clothing (1) consists on certain parts of waterproof and/or wind-shelter fabric (2) which contains a climatic membrane. The fabric (2) has multiple tubules (5) which from their both ends (6) are open and on the side of tubules (5) which is facing towards the skin of the owner of article of clothing, they are fitted with holes (7) which are made on the side surface of tubules (5).
