FIELD: textile; chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to fabric with windproof, waterproof, moisture-permeable and heat-retaining properties and method of its production. Functional fabric is formed by attaching a film based on synthetic resin based on polyester, mixed with fine carbon black particles, to tissue, wherein the synthetic resin-based film is non-porous and has thickness of 10 mcm to 20 mcm. Functional fabric is obtained by producing a film based on synthetic resin based on polyester, mixed with fine carbon black particles, and attaching a film based on synthetic resin to tissue, and wherein the produced functional tissue is completely or partially attached to the undergarment or paternal clothes to produce clothes. Film based on synthetic resin is mixed with fine particles of carbon black, characterized by re-reflection of infrared rays in film, wherein the synthetic resin-based film can more effectively exhibit quality of heat retention. Re-reflection of infrared rays means that infrared rays emitted by the human body are reflected in the direction of the human body. Small particles of carbon black are reflective of infrared rays and act inside, namely, on the side of the body, so that the effect of heat retention can be increased without releasing body heat.

EFFECT: objective of present invention consists in providing functional tissue with wind-proof, waterproof, moisture-permeable and heat-retaining properties, providing a method for producing functional tissue with these properties.
