SUBSTANCE: holder (1) has the disk (4) from electrically insulating material with the forward flow side (5) and the outgoing flow side (6) and the holes (7) implemented with a possibility of passing of the spent gas (SG) from the forward flow side (5) towards the outgoing flow side (6), and also at least one electric conductor (8) fixed on the disk (4) and/or inside it. The electric conductor (8), at least, on the forward flow side (5) of the disk (4) is coated with the electrically insulating material and contacts electrically one or several electrodes (2) stretching along the outgoing flow side (6).
EFFECT: avoidance of occurrence of leak currents.
