FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to production of cold rolled high strength steel plate. Steel contains in wt %: C from over 0.01 to 0.4, Si from 0.001 to 2.5, Mn from 0.001 to 4.0, P from 0.001 to 0.15, S from 0.0005 to 0.03, Al from 0.001 to 2.0, N from 0.0005 to 0.01, if necessary at least one element from: Ti, Nb, B, Mg, REM, Ca, Mo, Cr, V, Ni, Cu, Zr, W, As, Co, Sn, Pb, Y and Hf, rest if for iron and inevitable admixtures. In range from 5/8 to 3/8 of plate thickness from the surface the average pole densities of group of orientations from {100}<011> to {223}<110> is 6.5 or below, and pole density of the crystal-lattice orientation {332}<113> is 5.0 or below. Structure in units contains maximum 5% of pearlite, sum of beinite and martensite is limited to value below 5%, rest is for ferrite.
EFFECT: high suitability for flanging-drawing and precision perforation ability.
