SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a smoking product containing the following elements: the first part and the second part capable of movement relative to the first one; either the first part or the second part includes a sleeve while the other part includes a tobacco segment; at least either the first part or the second part includes a material where at least one through ventilation section is made including one or more ventilation holes; adjusting the position of the first part relative to the second one, one can selectively reduce the degree of ventilation through at least part of at least one through ventilation section so that to ensure a flow regulation system with the possibility of controlling variation of gas flow into or through the smoking product, the material having the preset permeability to ensure the baseline ventilation level.

EFFECT: technical effect consists in ensuring the possibility of changing the magnitude of the gas flow passing through the smoking product.
