SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to applicator (1) intended for wax application at seam sealing or preserving agent application for preservation of cavities in vehicle body elements. This applicator (1) comprises long hollow rod (4) to feed sealing or preserving agent there through and in its lengthwise axis (17). Outer side surface of the rod (3) has outlet opening (10, 11). The latter can turn about the rod lengthwise axis (17) to discharge said sealing or preserving agent in various directions in compliance with angular position of said outlet (10, 11). Rod (3) comprises the applicator hollow inner and outer pipes. Applicator outer pipe with said outlet (10, 11) can turn relative to inner pipe to set appropriate angular position of said outlet. Said sealing or preserving agent flows via hollow inner pipe to discharge outlet (10, 11). Applicator inner pipe wall has at least one through hole directed radially. Said through hole at a definite position of said inner pipe is aligned with said outlet (10, 11) in applicator outer pipe wall to allow the discharge of said sealing or preserving agent via said outlet (10, 11). Device for coat application comprises applicator (1). Besides, it can be used for intended for wax application at seam sealing or preserving agent application for preservation of cavities in vehicle body elements.
