FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: ferrite material with a large spin wave line width contains, as the basic composition, iron, gadolinium and yttrium oxides, and additionally samarium oxide, with the following ratio of components, wt %: yttrium oxide (Y2O3) - 27.2-27.5, gadolinium oxide (Gd2O3) - 22.4-22.6, samarium oxide (Sm2O3) - 1.1-1.2, iron oxide (Fe2O3) - the balance. The technical result of the invention is increasing the spin wave line width with saturation magnetisation of the material of 1200 Gs, ferromagnetic resonance line width of 140 Oe, the real component of dielectric permittivity of 15.0, loss-angle tangent of not more than 2±10-4, Curie point of not less than 270°, at frequency of 9.5 GHz, by not less than 20 Oe.
EFFECT: improved properties of the material.
