FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: use of thermoplastic moulding compounds, containing as basic components A) polyalkylene terephthalate, B) Na2CO3, K2CO3, NaHCO3, KHCO3 or mixtures thereof per 100 wt % of A) and B), as well as C) other additives selected from a group which includes rubber, fibrous or granular filler, stabilisers, antioxidants, anti-thermal decomposition and anti-UV decomposition agents, and lubricants and means for separation from the mould, colouring agents, such as dyes and pigments, and softeners, wherein the sum of the wt % of A-C is 100%, to obtain laser radiation- transmission
moulded articles.
EFFECT: invention increases laser radiation transparency of polyesters.
