FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to adducts as hardeners, applied in thermally cured epoxy systems, and to composition, which includes hardener; and more specifically, claimed invention deals with adduct which contains oxazolidone cycle, where said adduct is applied as hardener, and composition, produced from said adduct. Described is liquid adduct, applied as hardener, which consists of, in fact, reaction product (a) of aliphatic epoxy resin and (b) isocyanate compound; where adduct viscosity constitutes approximately less than 60 Pa-s approximately at 25°C, where adduct includes compound of formula I, where R1 is selected from the group, which includes aliphatic chain or polyol chain, R2 is selected from the group, which includes phenyl cyclic structure and polymer phenyl cyclic structure, and n stands for integer number larger than 1. Described is thermally cured composition, which includes: (a) described adduct; (b) at least, one epoxy resin and (c) at least, one hardener. Disclosed is method of obtaining described adduct, which includes interaction of reaction mixture, which consists of, in fact, (a) polyetherglycol epoxy resin and (b) isocyanate compound. Also disclosed is method of obtaining described composition, which includes mixing of (a) adduct; (b) at least, one epoxy resin and (c) at least, one hardener. Described is product, obtained by curing disclosed composition. (formula I).

EFFECT: adduct by invention can improve impact resistance, supporting Tg and module without reduction.
