FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: enrichment of tantalum-niobium ores by a gravitational and magnetic method comprises crushing of initial ore with the delivery of the crushed material for preliminary sizing with the separation of a coarse-grained fraction and fine-grained fraction, ready to processing, crushing in the closed cycle of the coarse-grained fraction with the mill, subsequent gravitational separation of the fine-grained fraction using the screw separation by light and heavy fractions with refining of its heavy fraction with the concentration on the table with obtaining of a rough gravitational concentrate 1, dump tails and intermediate products subjected to subsequent secondary, thinner sizing with the separation of the fine-grained and coarse-grained fractions, crushing in the closed cycle of the coarse-grained fraction with the mill, concentration of the fine-grained fractions on the slurry table with obtaining dump tails and a gravitational concentrate 2, magnetic separation of the rough gravitational concentrates 1 and 2. The light fraction of screw separation is enriched on the centrifugal separator with the separation of dump tails and intermediate product subjected to refining on the concentration slurry table. The fine-grained fraction of secondary sizing is separated on the centrifugal separator with obtaining dump tails and intermediate product subjected to refining on the concentration slurry table. Magnetic separation for the enrichment of consolidated rough gravitational concentrate includes the low-intensive magnetic separation for the removal into tails of ferromagnetic impurities (including scrap) and additional stages of the high-intensity magnetic separation for re-cleaning of the non-magnetic fraction of low-intensive separation with obtaining a standard tantalum-niobium concentrate.
EFFECT: improvement of the efficiency of enrichment, and also increase of the extraction of valuable components into the standard concentrate.
