FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method includes the location of a pre-formed initial feed mixture containing compounds of all the above listed elements in the internal volume of a device used for its processing. In the device physical fields are generated, they are superimposed on all zones of its cavity, where the initial feed mass being processed to alloy is located. Using these physical fields the alloy components (Al; Zn; Si), i.e. the components of the initial ore material are restored. During the execution of the above said operation the individual restored elements of the ready final product are combined in a solid monolith structure comprising the alloy. During the method implementation the feed material is mixed.

EFFECT: possibility of production of the said alloy directly from ore.
