SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of a superalloy consisting of titanium, aluminium, iron, chromium, copper and silicon from water aqueous suspension of ore particles containing titanium, aluminium, iron, chromium, copper and silicon compounds. The method comprises generation of magnetic fields placed on portions of the processed raw materials, reduction of metals from ores with continuous mixing of the raw materials, followed by accumulation and formation of the product in the form of an annular columnar structural formation of the superalloy. The device comprises a horizontal housing consisting of two parts, one of which is removable and is made in the form of a hinged removable cap, connected by means of annular flat flanges with its fixed base in the form of a cylindrical shell.

EFFECT: possibility of producing the mentioned alloy directly from crude ore.
