FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: surf hydraulic ram includes feed standpipe 15, air cap 16 with discharge pipeline 17 and check valve 19, connecting cap 16 to pipe 15, and float valve 20. One end of pipe 15 is placed near the water body with possibility of periodic flooding by sea-water. The other end of pipe 15 is closed. Valve 20 is located at the closed end of pipe 15. The ram is provided with water receiving chamber 1 with a hole and spring-loaded damper 3 made vertically movable to close the hole. The discharge pipeline is designed as a main part of pipe 15 and connection of tubular units in the form of an inverted T with placed U-shaped cups 8 and 9. Vertical link 7 is rigidly connected with chamber 1. Horizontal link 10 is equipped with return discharge and suction valves 11 and 12 on the ends. From valve 11, link 10 is connected by flexible hose 14 to the main part of pipe 15. From valve 12, link 10 is provided with brush dust catching device 24.
